Borsetty offers a curated selection of Italian leather handbags. Certain products are available in limited quantities and may sell out without notice.
Product availability is not guaranteed until an order has been accepted and processed.
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, materials, dimensions, colors and photographs accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on the screen, lighting and device used to view the website.
Natural leather may display variations in color, grain or texture. These characteristics are not necessarily defects and may form part of the individual appearance of the product.
We reserve the right to update product information, correct errors and discontinue products at any time.
Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or during checkout.
Applicable shipping charges, taxes or other fees will be displayed during checkout when available.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges and other government fees may apply. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping charge.
Currency-conversion charges imposed by a bank or payment provider are also the customer’s responsibility.
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
Borsetty may accept, decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the amount paid for the cancelled item or order will be refunded to the original payment method.

Payment must be completed using one of the methods available during checkout.
Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. Borsetty does not ordinarily receive or store complete payment-card numbers.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges.
An order may be delayed or cancelled if payment cannot be authorized or verified.
Orders are prepared and shipped according to the conditions stated in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Borsetty is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather events, incorrect delivery information or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we cannot ship within the timeframe communicated to the customer, we will provide the options required under applicable law, which may include accepting the delay or cancelling the affected order for a refund.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
Eligible products may be returned according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Customers must request authorization before returning an item. The return address will be provided after the return has been approved.

Unless otherwise stated, the Borsetty name, logo, website design, text, product presentation, photographs, graphics and other website content are owned by or licensed to BORSETTY LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.
No website content may be copied, reproduced, modified, published, distributed, sold or used commercially without prior written authorization.
You may use the website only for lawful personal and commercial-shopping purposes.
You must not:

Unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise, disputes relating to these Terms & Conditions or an order will be subject to the courts located in Orange County, Florida.
Nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer rights or legal protections available in the customer’s place of residence.
