Returns Policy
At BORSETTY, we are committed to providing a satisfactory online shopping experience for all our customers. If you need to return an Italian leather product (handbag/shoulder bag/crossbody bag), we have developed the following policy to ensure a clear and hassle-free process:
You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the Italian leather product or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

Conditions returns:
In order for the products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date to be eligible for a refund or exchanges.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.
Proof of purchase, such as the order number or electronic purchase confirmation, is required.
Returns process:
To initiate the return process, contact us by email.
We will guide you through the return process and provide a prepaid shipping label if necessary.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products to us. You should send the Italian leather product (handbag/shoulder bag/crossbody bag) to our warehouse address.
We cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Italian leather product or proof of received return delivery.
Refund Options:
A full refund of the original purchase price will be offered in the same form of payment used for the purchase.
Exceptions:
BORSETY has the right to refuse an Italian leather product (handbag/shoulder bag/crossbody bag) being returned if deemed conditions have not been met. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted via email and the items will be returned to you at your expense.
If you have received an Italian leather product (handbag/shoulder bag/crossbody bag) with any problems or defects, please contact us by email within 10 DAYS to inform us of the issue. You must include a photo of the damage/defect in your email. We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care/handling.
