  • Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 8 business days.

  • The refund will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned product does not meet our return conditions or is in a condition that does not allow for resale.

  • Customized or made-to-order products may not be eligible for a refund unless they are defective or damaged.
